Qualified employees make our company strong. It is therefore our aim to encourage good employees to stay with the company. Extensive opportunities for further education and a programme of international, interdepartmental training form the basis of our long term personnel development strategy. We also focus on ongoing knowledge management through an internal training concept and job rotation. The continual training of junior managers is a high priority.
Supportive, performance enhancing working conditions, such as flexible working hours and home-office arrangements, are complemented by preventative measures for health and safety at work.
We also get involved in social issues, for example by supporting local community projects. Since 2006 LSW has been a partner of SOS Children’s village Pushkin (a member of international charity organization SOS Kinderdorf International) providing tasty presents for children and teenagers. Also, we collaborate with AIESEC organization supplying snacks for their activities.
